FAQ

If you have any allergies, please contact us to inquire about any potential allergens before placing your order. On many of our products, we also offer custom formulations. We are NOT responsible for any allergic reactions from our products.

Our products are made fresh-to-order and normally ship within 1-2 business days; however, during peak production times, we appreciate your patience as we work to get orders out within 5 business days.

We do not accept cancellations on orders after they have been placed.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, we only ship to the US and US Territories.

Q: What shipping options are available?

A: We utilize USPS and UPS for shipping, and our standard shipping is normally delivered within 5 business days after departure from our facility. We do offer expedited shipping options as well.

Q: I am local to the Memphis area, can I pick my order up?

A: We only allow local pickup of orders when we are a vendor at local events. 

Q: My order says delivered, but I have not received it, what do I do?

A: Please contact the shipper (either UPS or USPS) to resolve the issue and file a claim. The Olive Skin Soapery is not responsible for packages that have been delivered. 

Q: I received a damaged item, what do I need to do?

A: In the rare event that an item you receive is not in pristine condition, please contact our team hello@theoliveseedsoapery.com with a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will help to work to resolve the issue. 

Q: Do you offer wholesale purchases?
